Here Are the Answers to Your Questions About Our Wellness Spa

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

We will provide you with a warm robe and sandals to wear during your Spa experience. We also have lockers for you to leave your personal belongings in during your time at the Spa. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, we request that you do not bring any valuables to the Spa.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING A MASSAGE?

We will provide you with a robe to wear throughout the Spa. During your service, you will be professionally draped at all times. You are not obliged to wear anything under your robe or during your service. Some guests prefer to leave their undergarments on or wear a bathing suit during massage services. Please feel free to do what feels most comfortable to you.

HOW SHOULD I TIP MY THERAPIST?

The normal range for a tip is between 15-20% of the service. Please remember that tips can be paid directly to the person performing your service or it can also be paid with a tip envelope and left with the front desk . Gratuity may be by cash or check.

WHAT IF I AM LATE?

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.

CAN I ORDER LUNCH AT SUNDAY’S?

The Spa includes a ‘Light Lunch’. A typical example would be a chicken salad sandwich, fresh fruit, salad and a brownie. The ‘Light Lunch’ provided will vary depending on the restaurant.

WHAT ABOUT ALCOHOL?

Currently, the spa does not permit alcohol.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITION?

We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting the Spa. Please notify the Spa of any special needs or concerns when you book your services. Your therapist will also briefly review your health history with you before beginning your service. If (s)he believes that the service you are scheduled for is unsafe based on any information given, (s)he may recommend cancelling the service, booking another service or modifying the service to make it safe for you. As we are most concerned about your safety and comfort, the Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.

AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED DURING MY TREATMENT?

Absolutely, we carry all of our products in retail for our customers.

How to Spa?

We kindly request for you to arrive for your J’s Revive Wellness Spa reservation 30 minutes prior to your treatments start time. This will allow you time to slip into our world and away from yours. Kindly switch your cell phone off, change into your spa robe and slippers and allow us to help you forget your worldly troubles and re-prioritise yourself as you deserve. During this time you will be able to relax in our steam rooms, relax and refresh in our hydrotherapy heated pool. We have complimentary day beds and sun loungers conveniently located throughout our complimentary first class amenities located on our first floor of four luxurious floors for your ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

To enhance your pre-treatment experience we have created an exclusive decompression lounge. A lounge filled with relaxing couches and Himalayan salt lamps. These lamps give an attractive glow. When illuminated, salt crystals emit a soft glowing light. These salt crystals emit positive energy waves and vibrations into the air and are recognised and appreciated for their ability to absorb negative ions within in our immediate surroundings. Here you can refresh with our signature revive infused Herbal teas specially formulated to enhance the results of your wellness and spa experience. At this time you will complete your consultation card and your therapist will ensure a tailor made treatment meeting and surpassing your expectations. Your personally allocated international therapist will collect you and lead you on the remainder of your unique spa journey with us at J’s Revive Wellness Spa.

After your treatment you will be personally escorted to our decompression lounge allowing for you to slowly and comfortably return to the real world in your own time.

Spa Etiquette

When with us we aim to appeal to all your 5 senses, In order to achieve this, we require you to please be aware of your spa voice and voice levels. Treatments are constantly taking place and we kindly ask that you to speak in lower tones and respect surrounding guests. No cellphones are permitted in the spa at any time. No smoking is allowed in the spa.

Pregnant or Breastfeeding

It is imperative for you to please advise our concierge desk and international therapist that you are, or may be pregnant. Please ensure that you disclose this information on your personalised client card. It is vital that your treatment is tailored made accordingly allowing us to ensure you and your baby are looked after in the best possible way.

Personal Belongings

We recommend that you lock your jewellery, cell phones and all other personal valuables away in your allocated locker for the duration of your stay at J’s Revive Wellness Spa. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. All treatments that are not cancelled within this time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you have booked with a gift voucher your voucher will be redeemed.

Group Package Bookings

Payment up front is required for all group bookings consisting of more than 2 people for spa treatments at the same time. Detailed information is required for each and every member of the group; please kindly ensure you have this information ready before booking to allow for a swift and seamless booking process. *Please note that group packages and group bookings require a 7 day cancellation policy.

Corporate Bookings

Corporate bookings are available at J’s Revive Wellness Spa. We boast spacious and luxurious facilities with mobile furniture allowing for corporates to host team building spa packages, fundraising and charity events as well as personalised group gatherings.
